WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

Welcome patients, old and new, to Viewpoint Practice. The practice is long established and practises from purpose-built premises completed in 2010. The picture above shows a view of The Point, Stenhousemuir from a spot near to where our surgery stands today, hence 'Viewpoint Practice'. The name also reflects our belief in the right of patients to have a 'viewpoint' on their health and care in our practice.

Ordering prescriptions online

The process for ordering prescriptions online is changing. If you are not already registered for Emis Access (online appointment booking) you will be required to do so, please contact the practice on 01324 552200 to request registration credentials which will allow you to book a GP appointment online and also request prescriptions.

You must be registered for online access by 1st March 2016, the existing link for ordering prescriptions online will be removed on that date. You can use either link until that date but we would encourage you to use the new link as soon as possible.

Some hints & tips -

Remember to state where you want to collect your prescription by completing the box 'Enter the name of the surgery or branch where you'd like to pick up your prescription'. We would encourage chemist collection but if you wish to collect from the practice please type 'collect from practice'.

If you wish to order an item not yet added to your repeat medication list please do so using the message box.

Please do not ask any questions using the message box, we will not respond to them, please contact us in the usual way.
