This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

Welcome patients, old and new, to Viewpoint Practice. The practice is long established and practises from purpose-built premises completed in 2010. The picture above shows a view of The Point, Stenhousemuir from a spot near to where our surgery stands today, hence 'Viewpoint Practice'. The name also reflects our belief in the right of patients to have a 'viewpoint' on their health and care in our practice.

Practice News and Notices

Flu clinic dates & times -

Thursday 24/10/13 8.30am - 5pm

Saturday 26/10/13 9am - 12 o clock

Wednesday 30/10/13 3pm - 7.15pm

Please note that an appointment is required for these clinics, contact us on 552200 to arrange a time.

At these clinics you will be offered the seasonal flu vaccine and if eligible a one off pneumonia vaccine. Please note we are not offering the shingles vaccine to eligible patients at this clinic. Patients eligible for the shingles vaccine are being invited to a separate clinic where they can have both flu and shingles vaccination at the same time - a letter with details of the dates and times will be sent soon.

If you decide against the shingles vaccine you are welcome to attend one of these clinics for your flu vaccine.

(Shingles eligible age ranges are - 02/09/42-01/09/43 & 02/09/33-01/09/34)

Children age 2 and 3 years old will be offered immunisation against flu using a nasal vaccine. Clinics are being held on Saturday 26th October 9am - 12 o clock. Please contact us on 552200 to arrange a timed appointment slot.

The vaccine is not in plentiful supply and the nature of the vaccine means it doesn’t have a long shelf life. If you wish your child to be vaccinated we would encourage you to attend on 26/10 as we don’t anticipate scheduling further clinics.

(Eligible age ranges are - 02/09/10-01/09/11 & 02/09/09-01/09/10)
